MacTorrentz is a set of pages describing Mac software, with my notes alongside. If one of them infringes a copyright you own, send a notice to [email protected]. My own photos get lifted often enough that I take these seriously.

Your notice needs:

• links to the specific pages
• which of your works it concerns
• your name and contact details
• your good-faith belief that the use hasn't been permitted by you, your agent or the law
• confirmation that everything in the notice is correct and the rights are yours, or you're acting for the person they belong to
• your signature, handwritten or electronic

When a complete notice comes in, I take the material down or disable it and send you a confirmation. If something is missing, I'll ask rather than guess. A notice that doesn't name specific pages can't be acted on until it does.

If something was removed and you think that was a mistake, you can reply with a counter-notice to that address. Include what was removed and where it was, why you believe it was an error, and your contact details and signature. I'll forward it to the person who filed the original notice. Repeated notices about the same material go through exactly the same process.
