Terms of use

Using MacTorrentz means you're happy with these terms, so here they are in plain English.

1. The catalogue

Pages are information and my own notes. I can't promise an app will run on your Mac, so read the requirements first, and try new software on a test project before a real client's photos.

2. Accounts

One account per person, with a real email address. Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens through your account.

3. Comments

Keep it friendly and helpful. No abuse, no sharing anyone's private details, no spam, no links to malware and no pretending to be someone else.

4. Moderation

I may decline or remove comments without getting into a debate about it.

5. Other people's software

The apps, plugins and presets here belong to their creators, as do their names and trademarks. The developer is who supports them.

6. No warranty

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for loss or damage from using it or the software it lists.

7. My writing

The text here is mine. A short quote with a link is fine; whole pages copied elsewhere are not.

8. Changes

These terms can change, and the current version will always be on this page.
